I travelled to see the car yesterday so can give an early report
J code 4bbl V8, Marti report will be with the car.
As soon as I pulled up the the car looked amazing, sits well and looks fantastic
Paint and body look great. A few marks but overall looks really good. Door shuts are also nice and shiny. Felt around the arches and nothing horrible was felt. Clean body and paint
Car started instantly and idled great. The sound with twin Cherry bombs is fantastic. I did not have my trade plates so could not drive the car insured at the time of the visit but the owner says the car is very strong and drives very well
Everything on the exterior looks good. Owner stated the fog lamps are new which is a nice touch. The bezels for the tail lights are available but are reported to have some pitting, I was thinking about cleaning them up and having powerder coated or new ones could be sourced
Front brakes are drum but I am offering the car with NEW CSRP front power Disk brakes in the boot at the full asking price of £28,000
Five spoke American Racing Torque thrust wheels and white letter tyres are fitted
Interior has some patina but not falling apart or nasty. Main issues are the inner door shells could use a bit of paint and the front bench seat could use a retrim. Other than that things looked original and tidy, Aftermarket steering wheel fitted
