This 1967 Mustang Fastback has been treated to a list of new and uprated items that makes your mouth water. Built over a period of several years by a team of gents who work for the owner. We have sold a few for this gent and this is another lovely creation from his shop
Starting with a real 02 code 1967 Fastback the car was torn down to its bare shell and then the shell was first sent off first for blasting then sent off to Spray Shack Braintree for a new one piece floor pan for that factory look (no separate repair panels here) A seriously glossy layer of jet black was laid down and ghost stripes added for that extra visual appeal. Dark Red ghost stripes added visual appeal to the black. Clear coat was added after the stripes so no ridge can be felt
After completion the shell was brought back to my friends workshop where his guys got to work. And the parts that went on!!
The list will tell the story:
Choice of wheels. Large diameter torque thrusts shown, Chrome magnums shown, also smaller diameter torque thrust in black or grey or Alloy magnums available
302 Engine with roller rockers, new AVS2 500CFM carb for low down grunt, new timing chain, Patriot long tube headers with ceramic coat and that sends its burnt fuel out of a dual exhaust from Summit racing. The sound is something dreams are made of it this setup propels the car very nicely down the road
A four speed top loader takes all that V8 power and puts it to the back axle. Of course a new clutch and a hydraulic throw out bearing setup round out that picture
The prop was refurbished with new U joints
The rear axle was sent off to Hauser racing for his expert guys to rebuilt it to as new specification. As you would with you own car the half shafts received new bearings as belt and braces for the whole setup.
The wiring is an American Autowire setup from the states
Rear indicators shine amber through the red factory lenses to keep that all red look to the tail lights and this is done with two tone LED bulbs….Clever

Fold down rear seat
Retrosound modern in dash stereo headunit
Autometer under dash gauge pod including oil pressure, engine temp and voltage to keep tabs on that V8 up front
New bumpers front and rear
New lights
Much new glass
New American Racing 17 inch wheels with new tyres (wheel swap available from our own stocks here at Classic American Car sales)
New Fuel tank
New frame connectors
All joints are seam sealed and the underside is lightly undercoated with all detail and definition clearly visible, NOT a heavy undercoat, No reason to cover up that new one piece floor
Aerial for the radio is electric
Many many more items are new as you can imagine with a bare shell build up
Car is a consigned vehicle, I do not own the vehicle. Any offers (made in person after an inspection) will be given to the owner to make up his mind whether to accept. I am assisting in the sale of this vehicle and will do the marketing and showing of the car but the final decision on a sale is up to the owner.
